Pinnacle were engaged to deliver the master-planning and engineering elements of the Preliminary Development Approval for this lifestyle resort and logistics centre development located at Benaraby QLD within the local authority of Gladstone Regional Council (GRC).  Pinnacle’s scope of work included the following elements:

• Preparation of development masterplan
• Management of project engineering sub-consultants
• Preparation of engineering services reports for inclusion in DA submission to GRC
• Preparation of stormwater management plans for inclusion in DA submission to GRC
• Preparation of traffic impact assessments for inclusion in DA submission to GRC and Queensland Department of Traffic and Main Roads
• Preparation of opinion of cost for the works.
