Pinnacle formed part of the project team which delivered the development approval (DA) and the detailed civil engineering design and Operational Works (OPW) approvals and provided construction supervision services for this service station development located at Highfields QLD.

Pinnacle were responsible for preparing the Engineering Infrastructure Report and bulk earthworks documentation during the DA phase and the detailed engineering design documentation gaining OPW approval from Toowoomba Regional Council (TRC).  Following the completion of the approvals phase, Pinnacle provided construction supervision for this project.

This scope included the following:

• Coordination with project consultants inclusive of architect, hydraulic, electrical, landscaping and construction contractor
• DA phase Engineering Infrastructure Report and preliminary bulk earthworks design
• Detailed bulk earthworks design and documentation and OPW approval from TRC
• Detailed civil design and documentation inclusive of roadworks and pavements (internal and external works), stormwater drainage, water reticulation and erosion and sediment control plan
• Construction supervision and inspections
• RPEQ certification of construction works.
