Pinnacle delivered the detailed civil engineering design and construction of this thirteen residential allotment subdivision located at Victoria Point QLD.  Pinnacle were responsible for preparing the detailed design documentation gaining Operational Works (OPW) approval from the Redland City Council (RCC) and undertaking the construction contract administration and certifications.  This scope of this infrastructure project included the following:

• Coordination with project consultants inclusive of electrical, landscaping and construction contractor
• Detailed bulk earthworks design and documentation
• Detailed civil design and documentation inclusive of roadworks and pavements, stormwater drainage, erosion and sediment control plan, sewer and water reticulation as well as signage line marking
• Major stormwater drainage design and construction with outlet to Moreton Bay
• Gaining OPW approval from RCC and Redland Water
• Tendering and contract administration services
• Construction supervision and inspections
• RPEQ certification of construction works.
