Development Location:  6 Bayview Street, Runaway Bay QLD

Pinnacle delivered the preliminary civil engineering documentation during the Development Approval (DA) phase of the project followed by the detailed design documentation during the Operational Works (OPW) phase and provided construction assistance to the contractor as well as certifications during the construction phase.  Pinnacle were responsible for preparing the preliminary DA engineering investigations, detailed design documentation gaining OPW approval from CoGC and undertaking the construction inspections and engineering certifications.

The scope of this project included the following:

• Preparation of Stormwater Management Plan
• Preparation of AS2890 and CoGC Transport Code compliance assessment
• Coordination with project consultants inclusive of electrical, landscaping and construction contractor
• Detailed erosion and sediment control design and documentation
• Detailed bulk earthworks design and documentation
• Detailed civil design and documentation inclusive of vehicular crossover and car park pavements, stormwater drainage (inclusive of detention tanks), sewer and water connections as well as signage line marking
• Gaining OPW approval from CoGC
• Construction phase inspections
• RPEQ certification of construction works.
