Development Location: Various QLD, NSW, VIC and SA
Pinnacle was involved with the delivery the preliminary civil engineering documentation during the Development Approval (DA) phase followed by the detailed design documentation during the Operational Works (OPW) phase and provided construction assistance to the contractor as well as certifications during the construction phase for several Green Leaves Early Learning Centre developments. Pinnacle were responsible for preparing the preliminary DA engineering investigations, detailed design documentation gaining OPW approvals from local and state government authorities as well as undertaking the construction inspections and engineering certifications for these projects.
The scope of this project included the following:
- Preparation of Engineering Services Reports and Stormwater Management Plans;
- Preparation of AS2890 compliance assessments
- Coordination with project consultants inclusive of electrical, landscaping and construction contractor
- Detailed erosion and sediment control design and documentation
- Detailed bulk earthworks design and documentation
- Detailed civil design and documentation inclusive of vehicular crossover and car park pavements, stormwater drainage (inclusive of quantity and quality treatments), sewer and water connections as well as signage line marking
- Gaining statutory authority approvals
- Construction phase inspections and assistance
- RPEQ certification of construction works.
