Pinnacle was involved with the delivery the preliminary civil engineering documentation during the Development Approval (DA) phase followed by the detailed design documentation during the Operational Works (OPW) phase and provided construction assistance to the contractor as well as certifications during the construction phase for childcare centre and 5 lot subdivision project.  Pinnacle were responsible for preparing the preliminary DA engineering investigations, detailed design documentation gaining OPW approvals from local government authorities as well as undertaking the construction inspections and engineering certifications for these projects.

The scope of this project included the following:

• Preparation of Engineering Services Reports and Stormwater Management Plans;
• Coordination with project consultants inclusive of electrical, landscaping and construction contractor
• Detailed erosion and sediment control design and documentation
• Detailed bulk earthworks design and documentation
• Detailed civil design and documentation inclusive of vehicular crossover and car park pavements, stormwater drainage (inclusive of quantity and quality treatments) and sewer and water infrastructure
• Gaining statutory authority approvals
• Construction phase inspections and assistance
• RPEQ certification of construction works.
