Pinnacle delivered the detailed civil engineering design and construction of this service station and commercial development at Kearneys Spring QLD.  Pinnacle were responsible for preparing the detailed design documentation gaining Operational Works (OPW) approval from Toowoomba Regional Council (TRC) as well as the construction supervision and engineering certification for this project.

This scope included the following:

• Coordination with project consultants inclusive of architect, hydraulic, electrical, landscaping and construction contractor
• Detailed bulk earthworks design and documentation and OPW approval from TRC
• Detailed civil design and documentation inclusive of roadworks and pavements, stormwater drainage (inclusive of stormwater quality improvement devices), sewerage reticulation, water reticulation and erosion and sediment control plan and OPW approval from TRC
• Detailed civil design and documentation of external works on Spring Street inclusive of road widening works and significant external service relocations and OPW approval from TRC
• Construction supervision and inspections
• RPEQ certification of construction works.
