Mango Hill Early Learning Centre

Pinnacle was involved with the delivery the detailed design documentation during the Operational Works (OPW) phase and provided construction assistance to the contractor as well as certifications during the construction phase for this childcare centre project.  Pinnacle were responsible for preparing the detailed design documentation gaining OPW approvals from local government authorities (Moreton Bay Regional Council and Unitywater) as well as undertaking the construction inspections and engineering certifications for this project.

The scope of this project included the following:

• Coordination with project consultants inclusive of electrical, landscaping and construction contractor
• Detailed erosion and sediment control design and documentation
• Detailed bulk earthworks design and documentation
• Detailed civil design and documentation inclusive of vehicular crossover and car park pavements, stormwater drainage (inclusive of quality treatment devices) and sewer and water infrastructure
• Gaining statutory authority approvals (Moreton Bay Regional Council and Unitywater)
• Construction phase inspections and assistance
• RPEQ certification of construction works.
