Pinnacle delivered the detailed civil engineering construction management and certifications of this 23 lot light industrial and commercial subdivision located at Coolum QLD. Pinnacle were responsible for managing the construction contract, providing construction supervision as well as providing engineering certifications to Sunshine Coast Council and Unitywater for the works. This scope of this project included the following:
- Coordination with project consultants inclusive of civil, flood/hydraulics, electrical, landscaping and construction contractor
- Tendering and contract administration services
- Construction supervision and inspections
- RPEQ certification of construction works.
