Pinnacle delivered the preliminary Development Approval (DA) and detailed Operational Works (OPW) civil engineering design and construction of this 38 townhouse and two lot subdivision development located at Park Ridge QLD. Pinnacle were responsible for preparing the Development Approval (DA) documentation as well as detailed design documentation gaining Operational Works (OPW) approval from Logan City Council (LCC) and undertaking the construction contract administration and supervision as well as providing engineering certifications. This scope of this project included the following:
- Preparation of Engineering Services Report, Site Based Stormwater Management Plan and preliminary bulk earthworks design for the DA phase of the project
- Coordination with project consultants inclusive of hydraulics, electrical, landscaping and construction contractor
- Detailed bulk earthworks design and documentation
- Detailed civil design and documentation inclusive of roadworks and pavements, stormwater drainage (inclusive of dual detention/bio-retention basins), erosion and sediment control plan, sewer (external and trunk sewer) and water reticulation as well as signage line marking
- Gaining OPW approval from LCC
- Trunk infrastructure design and documentation and Infrastructure Agreement negotiations
- Provision of expert witness services in trunk works court appeal
- Construction supervision and inspections
- RPEQ certification of construction works.
