Development Location:  20 Sarow Drive, Warner QLD

Pinnacle delivered the detailed civil engineering design and construction of this six residential allotment subdivision located at Warner QLD.  Pinnacle were responsible for preparing the detailed design documentation gaining Operational Works (OPW) approval from the Moreton Bay Regional Council (MBRC) and Unitywater and undertaking the construction contract administration and engineering certifications.  The scope of this subdivision project included the following:

  • Coordination with project consultants inclusive of electrical, landscaping and construction contractor
  • Detailed bulk earthworks design and documentation
  • Detailed civil design and documentation inclusive of roadworks and pavements, stormwater drainage (inclusive of bio-retention basins), erosion and sediment control plan, sewer and water reticulation as well as signage line marking
  • Gaining OPW approval from MBRC and Unitywater
  • Tendering and contract administration services
  • Construction supervision and inspections
  • RPEQ certification of construction works.
