Pinnacle delivered the detailed design documentation during the Operational Works (OPW) phase and provided construction assistance to the contractor as well as certifications during the construction phase.  Pinnacle were responsible for preparing the detailed design documentation and gaining OPW approval from the City of Gold Coast (CoGC) and undertaking the construction inspections and engineering certifications.

The scope of this project included the following:

• Detailed erosion and sediment control design and documentation
• Detailed bulk earthworks design and documentation
• Detailed civil design and documentation inclusive of vehicular crossover and car park pavements, stormwater drainage (inclusive of detention tanks and stormwater quality treatment devices), sewer and water connections as well as signage line marking
• Gaining OPW approval from CoGC
• Construction phase inspections and assistance
• RPEQ certification of construction works.
