Pinnacle delivered the detailed civil engineering design and construction of this one into five residential allotment subdivision located at Oxenford QLD.  Pinnacle were responsible for preparing the detailed design documentation gaining Operational Works (OPW) approval from the City of Gold Coast (CoGC) and undertaking the construction contract administration and certifications.  This scope of this infrastructure project included the following:

• Coordination with project consultants inclusive of electrical, landscaping and construction contractor
• Detailed bulk earthworks design and documentation
• Detailed civil design and documentation inclusive of roadworks and pavements, stormwater drainage, erosion and sediment control plan, sewer and water reticulation as well as signage line marking
• Trunk water main realignment design and documentation
• Gaining OPW approval from CoGC
• Tendering and contract administration services
• Construction supervision and inspections
• RPEQ certification of construction works.
