Dixon Park Estate Development Type:  Residential Subdivision

Development Location:  38 and 44 Dixon Drive, Pimpama QLD

Pinnacle were instrumental in the delivery of this 100+ lot residential subdivision at Pimpama QLD.  Pinnacle were responsible for the provision of engineering input into the Development Approval (DA), preparing the detailed design documentation gaining Operational Works (OPW) approval from the City of Gold Coast (CoGC) and the construction Contract Administration for this project.  This scope included the following:
  • Preparation of DA documentation including plans of development
  • Management of project consultants inclusive of hydraulic, electrical, landscaping and construction contractor
  • Detailed bulk earthworks design and documentation and OPW approval from CoGC
  • Detailed subdivision design and documentation inclusive of roadworks, stormwater drainage, sewerage reticulation, water reticulation and erosion and sediment control plan
  • Preparation of tender/contract documentation, calling of tenders and tender negotiations
  • Construction contract administration
  • RPEQ certification of construction works.
