Pinnacle delivered the detailed civil engineering design and construction of this service station and commercial development at Underwood QLD.  Pinnacle were responsible for preparing the detailed design documentation gaining Operational Works (OPW) approval from Logan City Council (LCC) as well as the construction supervision and engineering certification for this project.

This scope included the following:

• Coordination with project consultants inclusive of architect, hydraulic, electrical, landscaping and construction contractor
• Preparation of Detailed Stormwater Management Plan for approval by LCC
• Detailed bulk earthworks design and documentation and OPW approval from LCC
• Detailed civil design and documentation inclusive of roadworks and pavements, stormwater drainage (inclusive of stormwater quality improvement devices), sewerage reticulation, water reticulation and erosion and sediment control plan
• Detailed civil design and documentation of external works on Compton Road inclusive of U-turn facility and traffic signals
• Construction supervision and inspections
• RPEQ certification of construction works.
