Development Type: Childcare Centre

Development Location: 85 High Street, Rockhampton QLD

Pinnacle have involved with this childcare centre development at Berserker, Rockhampton from the project’s inception. Pinnacle are responsible for the delivery of the initial Development Application (DA) engineering investigations including Engineering Services Report, Traffic Impact Assessment and Stormwater Management Plan.

Following the DA approval by the Rockhampton Regional Council (RRC), Pinnacle delivered the Operational Works (OPW) approvals for bulk earthworks, erosion and sediment control, roadworks, stormwater drainage, water and sewerage services for the development and are currently involved with the construction supervision and certification phase of the project.
