Pinnacle delivered the detailed civil engineering design and construction of this service station and commercial development at North Lakes QLD.  Pinnacle were responsible for preparing the detailed design documentation gaining Operational Works (OPW) approval from Moreton Bay Regional Council (MBRC) and Unitywater as well as the construction supervision for this project.  This scope included the following:

• Coordination with project consultants inclusive of architect, hydraulic, electrical, landscaping and construction contractor
• Detailed bulk earthworks design and documentation and OPW approval from MBRC
• Detailed civil design and documentation inclusive of roadworks and pavements, stormwater drainage, sewerage reticulation, water reticulation and erosion and sediment control plan
• Construction supervision and inspections
• RPEQ certification of construction works.
