Pinnacle delivered the detailed civil engineering design and construction of this 21 residential allotment subdivision located at Bracken Ridge QLD.  Pinnacle were responsible for preparing the detailed design documentation gaining Operational Works (OPW) approval from the Brisbane City Council (BCC) as well as major works approval from Queensland Urban Utilities (QUU) and undertaking the construction contract administration and supervision as well as providing engineering certifications.  This scope of this infrastructure project included the following:

  • Coordination with project consultants inclusive of electrical, landscaping and construction contractor
  • Detailed bulk earthworks design and documentation
  • Detailed civil design and documentation inclusive of roadworks and pavements, stormwater drainage (inclusive of dual detention/bio-retention tree pods), erosion and sediment control plan, sewer and water reticulation as well as signage line marking
  • Detailed civil design of external roadworks inclusive of external roundabout intersection
  • Gaining OPW and major works approval from BCC and QUU respectively
  • Tendering and contract administration services
  • Construction supervision and inspections
  • RPEQ certification of construction works.
