The Pines Elanora Shopping Centre – Car Park Upgrade and Translink Bus Interchange

Development Location:  13 Guineas Creek Road, Elanora QLD

Pinnacle delivered the detailed civil engineering design and construction of this car park and Translink bus interchange project located at Elanora QLD.  Pinnacle were responsible for preparing the detailed design documentation gaining Operational Works (OPW) approval from the City of Gold Coast (CoGC) and Translink for the internal works and external road upgrades.  This scope of this infrastructure project included the following:

• Coordination with project consultants inclusive of architect, hydraulic, electrical, landscaping and construction contractor
• Detailed bulk earthworks design and documentation
• Detailed civil design and documentation inclusive of internal and external roadworks (to KP McGrath Drive) and pavements (concrete and granular), stormwater drainage, erosion and sediment control plan as well as signage line marking
• Gaining OPW approval from CoGC and Translink
• Tendering and contract administration services
• Construction supervision and inspections
• RPEQ certification of construction works.
